Frank is a dispute resolution professional acting as an arbitrator, mediator, and neutral case evaluator for commercial disputes.

Experience

Frank’s experience in dispute resolution extends throughout the United States and to every major continent and is distinct for breadth, complexity, and financial significance.  Throughout his career Frank has been responsible for evaluating, formulating and executing on strategies to resolve disputes through actual trial, arbitration, mediation, and principal to principal negotiation.  A 35-year legal and business career has provided a wide range of real-life experiences resolving disputes.  From smaller personal injury actions to complex multi-party commercial disputes, Frank’s legal practice, experience as an in-house general counsel and executive responsibilities as the Chief Claims Officer for the world’s largest publicly traded Property & Casualty insurer has provided a unique and diversified look at resolving conflict.  


Frank has seen both sides and all points of view managing and resolving disputes. From the position of plaintiff and defendant, insured and insurer, as part of a team making decisions and at times as the decision maker, from being at the table to inside the boardroom, and now as a neutral, he has accumulated an abundance of real-life experience on the dynamics of decision making to resolve conflict. He has learned from each experience and brings all of these perspectives to his ADR practice.

Accreditations

Frank is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Panel of Distinguished Neutrals of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR), an ARIAS - U.S. certified Arbitrator and a FINRA certified Arbitrator. He has 70 hours of formal mediation training.  He is co-author of New Jersey Insurance Law, a one volume treatise currently in its 13th edition.
